Goose Liver and Eel Dish is So Delicious It Brought Tears to My Eyes

Taking advantage of my boyfriend's birthday, we visited this Fine Dining restaurant that I've had on my list for a long time! I was initially worried that the fusion of Chinese cuisine might be a letdown, but it turned out to be a huge surprise and incredibly delicious! Especially the pan-fried goose liver with eel on toast, who could resist such a flavor? It was so good that I immediately wanted to come back for more 👏 ❤️ EEL CLUB: The highlight of the day! As soon as it was served, the aroma was irresistible! The pan-fried goose liver and eel paired with the slightly crispy toasted bread slices, it was truly a soul-stirring bite! The strawberries added a touch of sweetness that complemented the overall flavor, I loved it!! 💯💯 ❤️ DUCK PIE TEE: The duck tart was exquisitely crafted like a piece of art, with a generous filling of sauced duck meat, and the seasoning was excellent. ❤️ OYSTER AND UNI: Oysters ➕ sea urchin ➕ caviar ➕ yuzu Jelly, it was incredibly fresh and sweet! ❤️ FLUKE KOMBUJIME: I didn't expect the fluke sashimi to be so tender!
