🏜 Grand Canyon National Park: the “been-there-done-that” of the East Rim vs the “wow-my-retina-just-imploded” of the West Rim! 🤯🌅🌵 TL;DR — the real juice is on the RED LINE BUS route — winding past Hermit’s Rest, Mohave Point, Hopi Point… every stop a new shade of impossible. 🚌💕 Today = Desert View Drive (East Rim) — the “I’m-driving-to-Monument-Valley-anyway-so-why-not” leg.🌴 Starts in Tusayan → climbs 23 mi to Desert View Watchtower. 🌄✨ Pull-outs: Grandview, Moran, Lipan, Navajo… each gives you another classic rim-shot — but after the west-side fireworks they feel like postcards you already mailed 🌄🤷‍♂️. Tower itself is cute (stone + murals + 360° roof) yet the canyon vista is wider, paler, less dramatic-dagger than the Village viewpoints. 🌴 So:First-timers → ride that Red Line like it’s Space Mountain.
