Grand Trianon Palace
Garden Enthusiasts Rejoice (Transportation Guide) The Grand Trianon is truly a paradise for plant and garden lovers! đżđ With its lush forests, manicured lawns, fountains popping up at every turn â˛ď¸, perfectly trimmed trees, cute little pigs, vibrant vegetables, and pumpkins, itâs an enchanting place to explore. I spent a full three hours wandering around! đˇđ Travel Tips: Get the Paris Museum Pass and make separate reservations for both the Palace of Versailles and the Grand Trianon (they require individual bookings). I recommend scheduling your visit to Versailles early in the day when the lines are shorter. When I finished my visit and stepped out around noon, there was already a long line stretching out into the square! â° I purchased a metro weekly pass (via mobile NFC) and took the RER C train from the city center to the Louvre. âźď¸ The RER C line has two routes (it branches into two at a certain station), so pay attention to the front of the train. Donât board the train that starts with an Sâ; instead, take the one that starts with a Vâ . Note that the museum pass does not allow access to the gardens of Versailles. So after your visit, exit the palaceâopen your map to find bus stops 6202 or EX01, walk a bit to the main road, and take bus 6202 or EX01 to Berthier. Once you get off, follow the navigation to the Grand Trianon, which is just a short walk (about ten minutes) away. The scenery along the way is beautiful, and you might even catch a glimpse of galloping horses! đ (If youâre unsure about this detailed route, please open your map for guidance.) After finishing your exploration, take the same two buses back to the RER C station. #Paris #Versailles #GrandTrianon #ParkExploration
