Great Value Paris Trendy Restaurant
đ Paris This is one of those Parisian French restaurants that pops up on every search. Online reviews claim itâs a spot loved by locals, but Iâm neither a French food expert nor obsessed with it, so hereâs my personal review. We had a reservation, but it seems like walk-ins might work too, so donât stress too much! If you're nearby, maybe try your luck. The restaurant was super busy, though I noticed most customers seemed like tourists. The table next to me was a group of Germans, and the area itself is pretty touristy, so I doubt many locals actually dine here đ. That said, even though they were really busy, the service was friendly. What We Ordered â€ïž Onion Soup So tasty! The broth had a sweet flavor, and they topped it with baked cheese. Dunking the complimentary baguette in the soup was such a cozy thing to do on a chilly day. I highly recommend ordering this. â€ïž Escargot I donât eat snails, but my friend said they were pretty good! đ â€ïž Duck Confit A classic dish with crispy skin and tender meat, but wow, was it salty! So salty that I had to chug my drink. Not sure why, maybe they just really love salt there. Give it a try for the experience, though! Not sure if itâs supposed to be this salty, but everything else was pretty solid. â€ïž Steak I donât think I ordered well-done, probably medium or medium-rare, canât remember exactly. But what I got was definitely overcooked. Might have to teach the chef how to grill a steak đ. #ParisRestaurant #FrenchCuisine #Paris #FoodieReviews
