We had lunch at Amaya Restaurant inside The Cosmopolitan. We wanted a booth but couldn’t add a note in the reservation system — but once we arrived, a server kindly assisted us and was super accommodating 😊👍. The menu was fantastic. We started with guacamole/salsa with chips — the guacamole was especially flavorful! Then we tried the duck tacos as an appetizer 🦆🌮. For our mains, I ordered the steak fajitas, and my wife chose the chicken taco salad. We also shared a side of Mexican street corn 🌽. Quick note — the salad was huge! It felt more like a shareable size, but it was fresh and tasty. The fajitas were outstanding — honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. The steak was tender, perfectly grilled, and packed with flavor 🥩🔥. Service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. The restaurant felt well-run and professional from start to finish. Yes, the prices are on the higher side 💸, but in Vegas, when the food and service meet this standard, it feels justified — and Amaya definitely delivers.
