Guo Guo's Kung Fu Knife-Cut Noodles!

🧩I didn't go to eat at Guo Guo's first shop because there were too many people in line. This time, as soon as the second shop opened, I rushed over to try it! 🧐There were quite a few of us, and we almost ordered all the noodles, sharing them among ourselves. My personal favorite is the classic beef knife-cut noodles and the zhajiangmian (fried sauce noodles). The beef in the knife-cut noodles is tender and flavorful, and the quantity of noodles is also substantial. You must stir the zhajiangmian quickly, otherwise, it tends to clump. The sauce in the zhajiangmian tastes great, and the noodles are also very chewy. 😍 I love the potstickers too; you must order them, trust me, they are really delicious! The peanuts in all the noodles are fried, which definitely deserves praise. 🧐The new shop is near Notre-Dame. If you go recently, you'll get a free milk tea with your noodles.
