Had some delicious pancakes in Vignola

❣️ Location: Trattoria La Campagnola (Via Cà de Barozzi 12, 41058 Vignola) - There are white parking spaces on the road, or you can turn right in front to find a dedicated parking space for the restaurant's guests. 👍 On the way to Modena, due to hunger, I randomly chose an Italian restaurant. (My random choice = the menu must have something that attracts me) I thought it might be a disappointment, but the entrance decor looked like a scene from an 80s movie 😶 However, to my surprise, the meal was not a letdown. What did we eat?! 🥰 Papardelle al cinghiale (Papardelle is similar to tagliatelle but wider; cinghiale = wild boar meat, not gamey, tastes like braised beef brisket cooked just right) 🧩 Borlenghi (This is the pancake-like food in the photo, salty, crispy, and with a hint of green onion flavor. You can also add Nutella inside...
