Half-Day City Walk in Raleigh, NC 🏛️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

A perfect family-friendly adventure in downtown Raleigh in late 2024! 🚗 Journey & Parking: Drove from Cary (approx. 24 minutes) to downtown Raleigh. Parking tip: Used the lot at 101 N Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27601 💰—only $2/hour (one of the cheapest options in the area!) with plenty of spaces. 🏛️ Attractions: North Carolina State Capitol: Free admission! Explored the historic building and beautiful grounds. Marbles Kids Museum: Just an 8-minute walk from the Capitol. Though we didn’t enter (tickets: $9/person), the outdoor playground nearby was perfect for kids to burn off energy! 🛝😊 🌳 Tomorrow’s Plan: Planning a hiking trip to a state park near the Triangle area.
