Half-Day Trip to Tacoma's Waterfront
We explored Tacoma recently—it’s a bit far, but always full of surprises! This time, we visited several coastal parks, each more beautiful than the last. They’re perfect to combine into one trip: enjoy the flowers, the sea, and the snow-capped mountains for a truly relaxing experience 🥰. 📍 Dune Peninsula at Point Defiance Park The best spot to view Mount Rainier and a paradise for photography enthusiasts 📸. The combination of ocean and snowy peaks is uniquely breathtaking. You can also see Vashon Island across the water—next time, we’re taking the ferry there 😜. 📍 Japanese Garden at Point Defiance Park Inside Point Defiance Park, you’ll find a rose garden and a charming Japanese garden. The rose garden is highly recommended! It’s rose season now, and we even saw a couple taking wedding photos there 🌹. 📍 Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium Also located within Point Defiance Park—it even has a zoo! We didn’t visit this time, but it’s on our list for next time. 📍 Judge Jack Tanner Park A delightful surprise! This park is right along the coast, with parking so close you can step out of your car and enjoy the sea breeze and sunset views 😍. #Seattle #SeattleLife #SeattleDaily #SeattleWeekend #MountRainier #SeattleTravel#travelguide
