🍪Hamilton🍹| Rain or shine, brunch is a must!
🥯 COMMA CAFÉ 📍301 Barton St E, Hamilton, ON L8L 2X4 💰$30/person : It feels so good to be able to go out for a good meal on a weekday when there's no school! Opposite the crêpe place I visited before, Verlan, this new café recently opened in the village. Even when looking at their online menu pictures, there's a sense of beauty that doesn't belong to the village 🚬, but it's indeed a pleasure for both the eyes and the mouth. 🥥Comma Iced Latte I guess this should be considered their specialty? I thought it was a regular drink, but it turns out to be a coconut latte! Besides the peanut latte, it's another favorite of mine. 🥩Steak and Egg A 7oz steak paired with pesto and truffle mayonnaise, perfect for meat lovers! The accompanying 🥔cake is made in the same way as pineapple cake, which is quite special! However, the overall meat feels a bit more medium rare 🤏🏻. 🥚Shakshouka North African eggs make a grand appearance, but the eggs and cheese are added separately, with the right balance of sour and sweet. Eating this in the morning wakes up the taste buds without being too burdensome! 🍪 I also tried their homemade cookies and scones! Although the cookies are chocolate, they are not overly sweet or greasy, and the scones are baked to perfection, perfect with 🫐 sauce. They will be my light breakfast for tomorrow. ‼️Although it's super delicious, the shop is really small with limited seating, probably only 6/7 two-person tables. Apart from being closed on Mondays, it closes at 3 pm on other days, so don't miss out! However, it seems that delivery is not available, only pickup. #WeekendExploration #CanadianLife #Brunch #HamiltonFood #RestaurantRecommendation
