The steak is perfectly pan-seared, and the meat is incredibly flavorful. I noticed it's 100% Angus beef from Ontario, no wonder it's so delicious! 🌟 Tenderloin The set meal includes a 6oz tenderloin steak, which can be upgraded to other cuts if desired. This cut is suitable for those with smaller appetites as it's from the tenderloin, a very tender part of the beef.
