1️⃣ Cod Fish Casserole in Stone Pot 🐟 It melts in your mouth!! The fish is incredibly tender and smooth, with a rich fat that's especially fragrant. If you can stop after just one piece, I'll be impressed. 2️⃣ Salt-Pan Fried Pork 🥓 I personally love twice-cooked pork. This dish is stir-fried until it's very fragrant, not as oily as regular twice-cooked pork, and it has the aroma of fermented black beans. 2️⃣ Chicken Soup with Bean Sprouts 🌱 It's incredibly refreshing and tender, feeling like you're eating a mouthful of spring. The accompanying dipping sauce is flavorful and refreshing, I love it.
