Hard to Explain SOHO Bar πΈ
A tiny bar we stumbled upon after having sukiyaki, hidden in a narrow space that can barely fit around 10 people, yet it has such a unique atmosphere. πΈπ The barista there is really cute and friendly. After chatting with her, we found out she knows the chef from the sukiyaki place we just visited. π₯’ We ordered their signature cocktail, "Hard to Explain." It has a strong cardamom and spice flavor, mixed with the taste of dried orange slices and just a hint of sweetness. π The Vermouth flavor is also very prominent. Itβs a well-crafted drink. The alcohol content is high, so maybe if you get tipsy, you wonβt be able to describe the taste anymore. π Still, at $20 a glass, itβs on the pricey side even for a top SOHO bar. When the four of us go and each have two drinks, the bill gets pretty scary. But at least we donβt come here every day. π₯³ πΈ #Speakeasy #Bar #Drinking ππ
