🍷 Hidden Gem French Cuisine in Nice

I've dined at numerous Michelin-recommended restaurants, but the one that left the deepest impression and which I most want to recommend is this French restaurant in Nice. It's a fusion restaurant, focusing on traditional French cuisine with innovative twists, and it has a Google rating of 4.9 stars - definitely not to be missed! 🍽️ Appetizers: An incredibly rich texture experience We tried two appetizers, and each was stunning: Fusion Appetizer: This appetizer uses mayonnaise and ham, wrapped in a crispy fried coating. The taste is very complex, with flavors exploding in your mouth instantly, full of layers and truly delicious. Beef Tartare: This is the best beef tartare I had during the entire trip! Slightly seasoned and marinated, with the aroma of onions and garlic, the taste is very harmonious, and when paired with the bread slices below, every bite is incredibly stunning. 🦑 Main Courses: Grilled Octopus and Nut-Roasted Chicken Grilled Octopus: The octopus is served with fried garlic chips that resemble black truffle in appearance, accompanied by traditional French green sauce and rich mashed potatoes. The octopus is grilled very tenderly, and when eaten with the rich sauce, the taste is rich and chewy, very delicious. Nut-Roasted Chicken: The chicken platter is also a highlight. The outer layer is covered with crispy chicken skin, while the inside is tender and smooth chicken meat, also added with crushed nuts like pine nuts and chestnuts. Each bite has the crispy skin, the tenderness of the chicken, and the crunch of the nuts, making the taste very rich. Additionally, the sweet middle part, which is similar to onions but tastes like black garlic, is exceptionally delicious! 💰 Price and Dining Experience We also ordered a glass of the house white wine, and the total bill was 136 euros. This restaurant is very satisfying in terms of both dishes and service. The decor is a French home style, simple and warm, and I highly recommend experiencing it.
