This Michelin restaurant is absolutely stunning! 🌟 Lunch costs €62 for a set menu, and reservations are required in advance (you must use a credit card to book; if you no-show, they’ll charge €200). The meal includes a total of 5 courses and 2 desserts! 🍮 I was so full! Who says French cuisine isn’t filling? Come and give it a try! The highlight was definitely the main course—super fresh fish paired with several sauces, along with fresh white asparagus and green peas. I loved it! 🍽️ Many dishes featured a hint of lemon 🍋; this restaurant must really love Menton lemons! Every bite was a delight! We started with some strong-flavored Comté cheese and other cheeses, which I wasn’t used to at first, but the warm, handmade bread was heavenly! 😋 The desserts were to die for! Hazelnuts 🌰 from Italy and Menton lemons 🍋 were incredible! Substance is a modern gastronomy restaurant located in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of Paris. The Eclore Group's first restaurant is run by owner Stéphane Manigold and chef Matthias Marc, who share a common dream of creating a restaurant that reflects their passion for quality products and producers. This restaurant has been recognized in the Michelin Guide, receiving its first star in 2022 and scoring 16/20 in Gault et Millau.
