Hidden Yunnan Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles (1)🍜
There are really quite a few delicious places hidden around NYU 😋✨. "South of the Clouds" ✨ is a treasure I discovered when I suddenly craved Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles. Yunnan Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles 🍜 is truly the king of popularity ✨. A large bowl of steaming hot soup is served, and there are young men and women who come to help pour the ingredients one by one into the bowl: beef, chicken, bean curd skin, vegetables, quail eggs, and a slice of tender egg custard. The rice noodles, having soaked up the soup, taste very fragrant and are particularly warming to the stomach. The soup is a rich broth made from chicken and bones, and it's still hot when you finish drinking it. The pickled cabbage fish 🐟 has very tender fish slices and plenty of pickled cabbage. For those who like strong flavors, you can add dried chili peppers and garlic crumbs ✨. The taste is sour and spicy, which is very appetizing 🌶️ and becomes more addictive the more you eat. Later, we added a ✨ clay pot chicken soup 🐔 with a slight medicinal flavor, but it's not bitter and is just right. The chicken is stewed very fragrantly and pairs well with the ㊙️ special sauce. #SouthoftheClouds
