His family's every dish is delicious
🎁Over the weekend, I visited an East Village Omakase that I've had on my list for a while. This place has consistently held a Michelin star from 2017 to 2022. I'm not sure why it was delisted in 2023, but after dining there, I genuinely feel that from the perspective of dish design, ingredient taste, and cost-performance, it's truly excellent! It's on par with other Michelin-starred Omakase restaurants.🎁 🎁The $195 tasting menu includes a generous 17 courses, plus complimentary juice and tea. It's so filling that you'll leave leaning against the wall! I'll definitely come back when they change the menu.🎁 ❤️ The seven appetizers are all quite creative, with both appearance and taste on point! I particularly enjoyed the tomato and egg soup to start, which was tangy, sweet, and refreshing—perfect for summer. The tempura was incredibly creative, with fried tiny crabs served with a leaf vein decoration that made it look like art. The accompanying fried corn cakes and fried figs were also incredibly tasty. Additionally, the smoked salmon and sea urchin were both prepared with exceptional texture. ❤️ Eight sushi pieces + hand roll: There's nothing to complain about in this section. The fish was fresh and had a nice texture, especially the Baby Tuna, with its delicate taste complemented by the slightly charred skin. They also turned the leftover shrimp heads from the sweet shrimp sushi into salt and pepper crispy fried shrimp heads, which were incredibly fragrant. I'd love to order a separate portion of those! #IAmAFoodConnoisseur #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExploration #NewYorkMichelin #NewYorkOmakase #NewYorkJapaneseCuisine #NewYorkMichelinRestaurants #ManhattanOmakaseNYC
