Hofbräuhaus: Crispy Pork Knuckle Limited Time Return
⭐️I've always wanted to dine at this German beer house, having heard about it for a long time but never made it until the end of finals. The restaurant is spacious, with a slightly noisy main hall, but if you prefer quiet, you can sit outside near the river where the view is truly beautiful, especially in the evening. ⭐️Must-orders: ⭐️Braised classic pork shank, the signature dish, is a German-style sauerkraut pork knuckle that is extremely tender. The pork dipped in its own broth with a bite of sauerkraut is simply divine. ⭐️Bavarian Jagerschnitzel, a Bavarian-style fried pork cutlet, comes with a variety of side dishes and mushrooms. Highly recommended, it's particularly delicious. ⭐️Bratwurst, a snack platter, offers four types of sauces as recommended by the waiter. It includes two chicken cutlets (highly recommended), fried pickles, fried balls, and two large pieces of bread. ⭐️If you plan to drink, remember to bring your ID! The waitstaff are all very attractive, and the prices are around $25-35 per person without alcohol, and about $40+ with alcohol. #Pittsburgh #PittsburghFood #UniversityofPittsburgh #PittsburghLife #PittsburghShopExploration #PittsburghFoodandDrinkGuide #CarnegieMellonUniversity
