Hoi Loi Bingsutt in Waterloo

I passed by this newly opened Hoi Loi Bingsutt today and suddenly felt like popping in to give it a try. 😊 It was 6 PM on a Wednesday, and there weren’t many people. The food came out quickly, and the service speed was decent. I tried the three dishes in the photo—honestly, it felt just like walking into a casual cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style café) from my childhood. The flavors are basically “edible” and nothing more. It’s pretty average: the char siu (barbecued pork) was a bit dry and tough, and the chicken had a bit too much tenderizer. Everything else was okay, though. It’s the kind of place you’d go to if you really have no idea what to eat—you can grab a bite, but you won’t be craving it again the next day. 😐 Discounts: 10% off with cash, and free chicken wings + fries 🍟 for leaving a Google review! Payment methods: Cash ✅, Credit card ✅ Average cost per person: 27💰 Freshness of dishes: 🌟🌟/5 Service: 🌟🌟🌟/5 Address: 250 Phillip St unit E, Waterloo, ON N2L 3E9 #HongKongStyleCafé #Waterloo #WaterlooFoodExploration #WaterlooFood
