🍜🌟「Sakikake (Half - Noodle) Iriko」 The fish - based broth is incredibly fresh, so much so that it has a slight bitterness at first. 🍜🌟Once your tongue adjusts, you can taste the sweet flavor of the fish, similar to the aftertaste of Cantonese herbal tea, leaving you wanting more. It comes with a small piece of pork neck meat that hasn't been overly seasoned, allowing you to taste a subtle sweetness. 「Salt with Extra Toppings」 🍜🌟The clear broth is primarily chicken - based but also includes katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes) and shellfish. Unlike other salt - based broths, this one has a unique smoky flavor, reminiscent of Jinhua ham, which is a ramen broth experience I've never had before. As you reach the bottom of the bowl, you can taste a hint of yuzu, giving a refreshing finish. It's an exceptional broth. 🍜🌟 The noodles have a softer texture, which isn't my preference. #Tokyo 🍜🌟
