Hotel Share β Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo (1)π¨
With the COVID-19 prevention and control policies becoming more scientific and rational, it might not be long before we can all enjoy international travel again! π ππΈIt's been three years since I last traveled abroad, and I'm really itching to go. Today, I remembered a hotel I stayed at while studying in Japan, and it was amazing! I wanted to share it with everyone. ππΈ The hotel is called the "Keio Plaza Hotel," located in Shinjuku, right next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building (the City Hall). The hotel consists of two buildings, the "Main Building" and the "South Building," connected by a podium at the bottom. Opened in 1971, it was one of the first buildings completed in the Shinjuku CBD, built 20 years before the adjacent Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. ποΈ ππΈ To the west of the hotel is Shinjuku Central Park, which is where the first photo was taken. To the east are the office buildings of the Shinjuku CBD, as seen in the second photo. It's just a ten-minute walk to one of Tokyo's most important stations β Shinjuku Station! π ππΈ #Tokyo π
