Houston Coffee Shops

☕️Houston’s coffee scene really thrives in its neighborhoods. There’s something special about wandering into a local coffee shop on a sunny day when you’re not rushing to work. It feels like a little escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown.☕️ 🍒The coffee shops downtown are nice, but there’s something extra charming about the neighborhood ones. Imagine having just one coffee shop within a few kilometers—you’d expect it to be pretty good, right? I ordered a Flat White, which was exceptionally delicious. It seemed to have a special sun-dried process that gave it a hint of wine aroma. Actually, the American coffee scene is evolving. 🍒 🍒New shops are experimenting with different processing methods. Lately, I’ve been chatting with my American colleagues about how roasters and customers are dealing with the C-price and Taffies. They complain, but they’re mentally prepared. Price adjustments won’t be too drastic. Ethiopian, Kenyan, and other African coffees might see a 10% increase, but Vietnam is a bit more complicated, you know? There are so many factors involved. But the U.S. still has resources from Central and South America. The service at this particular shop was great. The latte was just okay—nothing special, but decent. Strangely enough, I stumbled upon a car meetup here. One guy explained to me that every Sunday, they bring their 🚘 cars here to hang out and chat. I wasn’t quite sure about the location—it’s in a neighborhood. He mentioned that sometimes they’ll plan trips together to drive up to a mountain or something like that. #HoustonCoffeeShops #MyCoffeeDiary #CoffeeShop #CoffeeRoutine
