How ENFP Morning People Can Start the Day Efficiently 🌷
🤍 We’re here to break the stereotype that ENFPs are all about no plans! I usually wake up around 7:00-7:30 a.m. and head straight to the gym (not because I’m disciplined, but because I have a New York Marathon goal). 🌷 I know that after November, it’s my hibernation season, and I won’t push myself to exercise or stick to a strict diet. I just want to rest happily and live joyfully! But to achieve my marathon goal, I’ll push myself a little harder in these last warm summer days. 💪🏼 🤍 One of the perks of being a morning person is that not many people can wake up this early, so there’s hardly any information to disturb me. I really dislike being surrounded by constant notifications (which might seem un-ENFP of me, right?). So, my phone only has text messages enabled; I don’t need any push notifications. 🌷 As long as my loved ones know I’m alive when it’s important, that’s enough.
