How to Explore Egypt — Cairo Edition

2-3 days in Cairo is enough! Must-see spots: Pyramids, Khan El Khalili Market, and the Egyptian Museum. Other places are optional. We traveled independently but bought tickets through a local agent (to avoid scams!). ✨ Pyramids Student discounts available (show your student ID 🎓). The Giza Pyramid Complex and Sphinx are a must-see 🐫. The interior of the Great Pyramid can be skipped unless you're a history buff. Bargain hard for camel rides — stay alert for tricks! One of the Seven Wonders — truly breathtaking 🏜️. ✨ Khan El Khalili Market Best visited at night 🌙 — the arched entrance is super photogenic 📸. Some shops may ask you to buy something before taking photos. Better to go with a friend! Must-buys: rings, silver jewelry, fridge magnets, and sand art 🛍️. ✨ Egyptian Museum Located near Khan El Khalili — closes at 5 PM ⏰. It’s huge! You can find Mandarin-speaking guides on site. Even a quick visit takes about 2 hours 🏛️. Don’t miss Tutankhamun’s golden mask — no photography allowed though 🎭. 😋 Food & Drinks Egypt’s fresh juices are absolutely delicious 🍉🍓 — no added water! Highly recommend watermelon and strawberry juice. Prices are similar everywhere — a must-try! Egyptian cuisine recommendation: Elakaber — located downtown, easy to find 🗺️. Affordable and authentic! Must-try: grilled pigeon 🕊️ and beef stew 🍲. #EgyptTravel #StudyAbroadTravel #VisitEgypt #Cairo #CairoTravel #EgyptGuide #CairoGuide #TravelTheWorld #EgyptTours 🌍✈️📸
