Hungary 🇭🇺 A city you’ll surely fall in love with once you visit
When I first arrived in Budapest, it was late afternoon, with the sun gently casting golden hues over the buildings. People lounged leisurely on the grass, everything felt soft and beautiful. I quietly waited for nightfall, as the cruise boat glided forward, pushing through the shimmering, rippling waves of the Danube. Before coming to Eastern Europe, Budapest was the city I knew the least about, but it turned out to be the most delightful surprise—romantic, serene, and so easy to love. Day ❺ Night Cruise on the Danube The Danube flows through Budapest once more, with Buda on the west bank and Pest on the east. Along the riverbanks lie countless landmarks. Be sure to take an evening cruise and watch as the sky darkens and the city sparkles like stars. ✨ Day ❻ City Exploration Pest Side: 🏛 Hungarian Parliament Building The grand square is magnificent, and the interior is open for visits. At night, the golden glow of the palace and the Danube reflect each other beautifully. ⛪ St. Stephen's Basilica Buda Side: Nestled on the hills of the Danube’s west bank, centered around the royal castle ruins, the top attractions are all clustered together ↓ 🏰 Buda Castle Located on Castle Hill, one of Budapest’s iconic landmarks. ⛪ Matthias Church Unique architectural style with its striking orange roof—the coronation site of Empress Sisi. 🕌 Fisherman's Bastion Overlooking the entire city and the Danube, standing atop the fortress makes you feel like Rapunzel. 👸🏻 Finally, here are the souvenirs I brought back from my Eastern Europe trip—love them so much. #WorldTravel #StudyAbroadTravel #SlowTravel #HungaryTravel #BudapestTrip #BudapestGuide #EuropeTravelGuide #TravelMemories #DanubeNightCruise #SeeTheWorldThroughTravel #Travel
