Booked Bestia for my family who loves Italian food β it's a long-time popular spot in LA! π Strongly recommend making a reservation 2β3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend seats! π Even after all these years, this place is still super popular β always packed! π₯ Hereβs what we ordered: β’ Marinated Olives π« (Oil-marinated purple olives) β’ Herb Caesar Salad π₯ (Caesar salad with fresh herbs) β’ Burrata Pizza π (Pizza with creamy burrata cheese) β’ Cavatelli alla Norcina π (Pasta with black truffle and sausage) β’ Warm Fuyu Persimmon & Ricotta Tart π§ (Warm persimmon and cheese tart) The black truffle sausage pasta was incredibly delicious π β the pasta is shaped like little dumplings, super chewy and satisfying, I loved it! β€οΈ The black truffle flavor was a bit mild, but the pasta texture was so good that it made up for it π The pizza had a rich, creamy burrata right in the center β so satisfying when placed on a warm slice π And let me emphasize β that salad π₯ was seriously fresh and delicious!
