Today, I want to recommend a steakhouse that opened in Manchester from London! It’s incredibly delicious! The joy of eating meat must be shared with someone! Key point: They have discounts every Monday! This place is definitely worth it! ⭐️ Blacklock Manchester 🕰️ Hours: Monday to Sunday, 12pm-3pm & 5pm-10/10:30pm ⭐️ Choosing the steak is quite a ritual. The restaurant has a small blackboard listing the cuts and weights of steak available! The waitress recommended about 300g per person, but considering our appetites, we ordered 850g (including bones) for two! You can choose based on your hunger. Once you’ve chosen, the weight is crossed off the board! ⭐️ Recommendations: 👉🏻 Steak We chose the Porterhouse cut, which is a prime spot in the T-bone steak! It includes both tenderloin and sirloin! I recommend ordering it medium-rare; the tenderness and flavor are just perfect! 👉🏻 Sides 👉🏻 Fries 🍟 Definitely order these! We each had a portion, which comes in a small cylinder. The outside is crispy, and the inside is soft and starchy. They exceeded expectations! 👉🏻 Broccoli and Walnut Salad 🥗 The broccoli is thinly sliced, giving it a very crisp texture! A new way to enjoy broccoli! It also includes walnut pieces and kale. The dressing is both fragrant and healthy! 👉🏻 Winter Slaw 🥗 This coleslaw is very refreshing and tangy! It includes cabbage, carrots, and other vegetables. It’s a great palate cleanser when paired with steak! 👉🏻 Garlic Bone Marrow Garlic-infused bone marrow! Super fragrant! I suggest eating it with the beef for an even more delicious experience! One serving comes with two pieces! 🍺 Drinks: I recommend the Blacklock Lager beer and the Frosty Pear cocktail! The beer is fruity and refreshing, perfect with steak! The cocktail is a seasonal special and is also very tasty! 🍮 Dessert: We ordered the highly recommended Cheesecake! The waitress brings a large plate and serves it onto smaller dishes. I have to say, it’s not my favorite, but everyone says it’s a must-try. It has a white chocolate cheese topping and a biscuit base. Sharing one portion between two people is more than enough! ⭐️ Overall, I really love this place! It exceeded all my expectations!
