🍣 πŸŒƒ I Could Eat This Sushi Every Night πŸŒƒ 🍣

Everyone has those special places they return to again and again, and for me, Takahachi is one of those spots. My boyfriend brought me here on one of our early dates, and we've been back dozens of times over the last four years to try everything on the menu and get our favorites over and over! πŸ“ Takahachi A hidden gem for sushi lovers in NYC. This time, we were craving an Omakase but didn't reserve anything, so we decided to head over and make our own nigiri platter to share. 🍱 What We Ordered: (From left to right, top to bottom on platter) Uni / O-Toro Handroll Tuna (Toro) / Scallop Kampachi / Salmon Belly Salmon / Albacore / O-Toro Handroll Each piece was between $4-6, and the hand-rolls were $11 each. πŸ₯— Side Dishes: We paired our food with a green salad with the most umami, gingery dressing, a beer, and a box of sake! πŸ’Έ Total Cost: All in, this meal cost us about half of what a mid-range omakase would cost in the city, and we were able to customize it to our liking. 🎎 Why We Love Takahachi: Whether we're looking for nigiri, special rolls, or Japanese entrees, we love coming to Takahachi for its consistently delicious food and intimate atmosphere. #nycguide #nycfoodreview #nyccontentcreator #nycfoodguide #nycdinner #nycdateideas #nycsushi
