I Never Expected to Feel This Happy from Eating Soufflé Pancakes!

A few years ago, Lisa’s concert in New York made the Sun Egg Matcha Latte at Little Uluh in the East Village super popular—I’ve always had a soft spot for this place! 🥰 Later, they started serving afternoon tea and light meals, and their new Flushing location is even more spacious and comfortable. It’s the perfect spot to relax and treat yourself! 🦀 Soft Shell Crab Pasta: A delicious black pepper and green pepper flavor, not overly cheesy, with a perfectly balanced texture. The soft-shell crab is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside—plus, it’s a whole crab and bigger than the ones served at many izakayas! 🫴 Definitely a must-try! 🍟 Black Truffle Fries: Thin, crispy, and elegantly cut—so fragrant and totally addictive! Love these! 🪽 Honey Garlic Chicken Wings: Though they might be small in size, they’re fried to perfection—crispy, savory, and just the right balance of sweet and salty. These two dishes are absolutely perfect savory snacks! 🍮 Caramel Soufflé Pancakes: While flavors like strawberry, brown sugar, and matcha are super popular, I decided to go with the less common caramel option. The soft, buttery aroma is incredibly comforting, and the sweetness is just right—not too overwhelming, very East Asian style. 🥞 Despite what the menu said about a long wait, our order arrived in just 10 minutes! And guess what? They even give you one more pancake than Fluffy Fluffy—three huge, fluffy, and perfectly risen soufflé pancakes. No sinking here—these solid soufflés totally win! 🙌 The Sun Egg Matcha Latte comes with a mango sauce topping. The first sip might feel a bit rich, but if you take your time, it’s actually really delightful. The foam on top is thick and creamy, almost semi-solid—so filling that it could practically be a meal on its own! 😋 Overall, the value is amazing! Four of us ate until we were stuffed, and it came out to just around $20 per person. Sitting by the window is perfect for snapping some great photos—the vibe totally rivals dessert spots in Manhattan! ✨ 📍 Little Uluh (Flushing) Located on the third floor of a hotel. #NewYorkEats #NYCFoodDiscovery #NYCFoodGuide #SoufflePancakes #FlushingNY #COTD #AfternoonTea #BrunchGoals #HiddenGem #LisaApproved
