I was fortunate enough to have dined at Marbella

It was absolutely worth the over an hour drive from Malaga to Marbella just to eat at this place!!! This restaurant is owned by a well-known Spanish chef, and the service and ambiance are superb👌The taste of the food, needless to say, is out of this world. Every dish is a delightful surprise. Tomato Salad🥗: For me, the quality of ingredients at a restaurant can be judged by the freshness of their tomatoes. Haha, the tomatoes here are incredibly fresh and crisp. With just a simple seasoning, the flavor of the tomato is brought out to its fullest potential. A must-try! Sweet Shrimp Sashimi🦐: It was my first time having live sweet shrimp sashimi in Spain, and the texture was truly astonishing! The flesh is firm, slightly sticky, and incredibly sweet. I've never had such delicious sweet shrimp before. Oysters🦪: Spanish oysters need no introduction! Especially in coastal cities, oysters are a must-order at every restaurant. Arctic Surf Clam and Clam Sashimi🐚: It's hard to find clam sashimi in Madrid. The key to this ingredient is freshness. I was a bit apprehensive about trying clam sashimi for the first time, but I was pleasantly surprised! The texture is as crisp and refreshing as the Arctic surf clam, with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Live sashimi is indeed the way to go. Almejas: My favorite clams, a must-order at every seafood place. The traditional Spanish cooking method brings out the clam's freshness to the fullest. Highly recommended! Gamba Roja: As someone who doesn't particularly like red prawns, I find red shrimp more delicious. The roe in the shrimp head is incredibly sweet. Just a quick fry with a sprinkle of salt is all it needs to enjoy its original flavor🦐 Grilled Arctic Surf Clam: The way this dish is prepared is truly astonishing. When it was served, the aroma was so enticing that I couldn't wait to start eating before even taking a photo. The taste is as good as it looks. The Arctic surf clam is grilled to perfection, complemented by their unique seasoning.
