I was pleasantly surprised by a restaurant in the Netherlands 🍽️
Before coming, I heard many people say that Dutch food is expensive and not tasty. This time, I stumbled upon a restaurant in Amsterdam that was quite impressive. Located near the Van Gogh Museum, it was a highly-rated small shop I found on Google Maps after visiting the exhibition. It's a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant mainly serving pizza and hummus. We ordered a classic hummus with pita bread and some fishballs, both of which were very delicious. The pita bread was fragrant, soft, and chewy, pairing perfectly with the hummus. The fishballs were out of this world!! 🤩 🏠There was also a dish with a taste of tom yum fragrance, oil rice with hummus, accompanied by fried vegetable dumplings and fried eggplant, as well as green chili sauce and a small tomato dish with an additional pita bread. (This combination was so comprehensive, I couldn't understand why it was cheaper than the hummus with bread, and I saw many locals eating this side dish.) The green chili with pita bread was also very tasty. 🏠In addition to the dishes, the restaurant's environment was very charming. Two large street-facing windows provided a great ambiance while dining. The logo design was also particularly cute—a pink little chubby figure. We didn't make a reservation and went there right after the exhibition, catching it just as it opened without having to wait in line. #RestaurantRecommendation #HiddenGemRestaurants #AtmosphereRestaurants #GlobalFoodieSquad #Netherlands #VanGoghMuseum #Rijksmuseum
