The glass was lined with ice to keep the alcohol mild and balanced from start to finish โ๏ธ๐. ๐ Mediterranean Octopus Grilled octopus leg served with chimichurri and aioli โ full of smoky char flavor! A totally different experience compared to slow-cooked octopus dishes elsewhere ๐ฅ๐. ๐ฆ Duck Two Ways Classic combo of slow-cooked duck breast and crispy duck leg, tender and flavorful. Served with cauliflower risotto โ surprisingly delicious! ๐ฅฉ New York Strip A 16oz boneless New York strip, again with that delicious chimichurri.
