Idaho Downtown | Safe, Clean & Shockingly Affordable!
๐๏ธ๐Just spent a few days exploring downtown Boise and hereโs the real tea: This might be one of the most underrated city centers in the U.S.! Safe, walkable, and surprisingly quiet โ in a good way. ๐๏ธ First Impressions: Clean & peaceful โ Very few homeless people, especially compared to other downtown areas Stores close early โ Most shopping centers shut by 7 PM โฐ Low sales tax โ Only 6%?! No wonder shopping feels like a hack ๐ธ ๐จ Riverside Hotel Review: We stayed at the Riverside Hotel โ great location right by the river and connected to a beautiful park trail ๐ณ๐ถโโ๏ธ โ Spacious rooms โ Facilities feel a bit dated ๐๏ธ Shopping Haul Alert! Boiseโs malls might be quiet, but the deals are loud! I walked out with FIVE new pairs of shoes ๐๐ ๐ฅฟ โ all heavily discounted, plus that sweet 6% tax. Basically felt like legal theft ๐ญ๐ ๐ฌ Final Take: Boiseโs downtown is perfect if you love: Relaxed city vibes Nature trails within steps Guilt-free shopping Not the place for wild nightlife, but 10/10 for safe, slow, satisfying travels. #US #ID #Boise
