Just got back to Vancouver and had one of the most amazing pizzas 🫢 🍕 The crust is perfect, and the toppings are brilliantly paired. 🍝 The pasta is also noteworthy. 🍕 PROSCIUTTO e RUCOLA 🌟🌟🌟🌟: A thin pizza topped with a generous layer of prosciutto! Soft and no raw meat flavor. The toppings of tomato, cheese, and mushrooms add a wonderful depth to the overall taste. 🍕 PEPPERONI PICANTE 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟: The star of the show! 🇮🇹 The spicy Italian sausage is incredibly flavorful, and my favorite ricotta cheese is generously layered—so juicy it bursts in your mouth! 💥 🌶️ MEZZI RIGATONI NDUJA 🌟🌟🌟🌟: Spicy pasta with a hint of garlic 🧄! It gets quite spicy towards the end, but in a fun way! 🤣 🍄‍🟫 BOSCAIOLA BUCATINI 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟: Classic creamy sauce with delicious mushrooms and a rich dairy flavor! The pasta is softer, which I personally love, though the bacon didn’t stand out much. 🍳 SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 🌟🌟🌟🌟: Another creamy dish, similar to the previous one but saltier. Made with eggs and cured meat, and served with a firmer, thinner pasta. Delicious but rich! 🐚 LINGUINE AI FRUITTI DI MARE 🌟: This seafood tomato pasta with mussels and shrimp didn’t hit the mark—too fishy for my taste. 🍰 Tiramisu 🌟🌟🌟🌟: Huge portion!! A bit on the sweet side, but the creamy texture is almost like ice cream, and the ladyfingers are perfectly moist. 👌 🍨 Affogato 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟: If you love affogato, this one is a must-try.
