In Brussels, choosing a Brunch spot must be Woodpecker

Any day of the week works. This place is a chain all over Brussels, with about 7 or 8 locations, of which 5 offer brunch. They’re located in popular tourist areas and business districts, and each store has its own unique decor. If you’re interested, you can book in advance and check their official website to see which store fits your needs. The one we went to was near a shopping street, very close to the Louise metro station. We originally planned to visit Hermès for some tax-free shopping, but since all the stores were closed on Sunday, we ended up looking for a restaurant nearby 😅 And unexpectedly, we discovered this fantastic brunch spot. Belgium is indeed the land of waffles and cookies 🍪 You can blindly choose anything that involves these delights. 🥹 🍗 I highly recommend their fried chicken waffles! The description says it’s fried chicken on a chorizo waffle – it was my first time having sausage in a waffle. 🥞 The pancakes are also delicious, with the option of small or large portions.
