In New York! 39 Knife Hot Pot + BBQ Buffet-Amazing Value for Money!!

In New York where prices are skyrocketing, there’s actually a $39 all-you-can-eat hotpot + barbecue spot—can you believe it? 🤯 They’ve got everything: seafood 🦞, all kinds of meat 🍖, veggies 🥬, desserts 🍮… at this price, what more could you ask for! My friends and I immediately decided to go on the weekend. If you just want hotpot, it’s $31 per person; just barbecue is $36 per person. They have both large and small pots, so it’s perfect for solo diners or group meals. There are tons of broth options: pork bone, tomato, spicy, herbal, mushroom, clam & winter melon… something for every taste. 🦀 From the seafood section, crab, shrimp, and shrimp paste are must-gets! The crabs even have roe—so fresh and flavorful. We ordered two at first, then had to get more because they were too good. We also tried all the classic hotpot ingredients: sliced meat, meatballs, tripe, yellow throat, 百叶 (spicy beef tripe), quail eggs, fried tofu skin rolls, frozen tofu… and that was less than 10% of the menu 😂 There are so many options! 🍖 For barbecue, you order and the staff grills it fresh for you. My favorite was the A5 wagyu beef cubes—tender and juicy, wrapped in lettuce, so delicious! The cheese mussels, grilled octopus, grilled eggplant, and grilled rice cakes were great too. After the meal, we had pumpkin cakes and brown sugar rice cakes. It’s been ages since I ate this much! Also, their service is worth praising—they refilled the broth super quickly, and the grilling was perfectly timed 👍 Seriously, it’s affordable and delicious with so many dishes. My friends and I already planned to go again next week! 📍 Laojie Hotpot #NewYorkFood #NewYorkLife #NewYorkHotpot #NewYorkEats #NewYorkWeekend #NewYorkChineseFood
