In New York, Do Have a Meal at Central Park Boathouse π½οΈ
I've always heard great things about the Central Park Boathouse. Having been in New York for nearly eight years, I finally went there for a meal! ππΈ It's best to make a reservation in advance, but even with a reservation, you can't guarantee a riverside seat. The good news is that no matter where you sit, the view is beautiful. At the end of August, with temperatures in the 20s, a gentle breeze, and sunlight, the restaurant's ceiling reflects the shimmering river water. ππΈ It's truly delightful. π The menu is very simple - starter / soup / raw bar / entree / pasta. We ordered two starters and two entrees. We were very full! ππΈ The linguine was a bit salty, but the shrimp portion was generous. The seabass was crispy. The meatball in the starter was the best, served with garlic bread. ππΈ A 20% tip is automatically added to the bill. Just a heads - up! The average cost per person is $80 - 120. #CentralPark #NewYork #NewYorkDelights ππ
