In Paris! The best money I’ve ever spent
🥹 This has to be my most successful moment ever! I visited Paris’ Sainte-Chapelle 🟣, and it’s stunning, romantic, dreamy—easily one of my favorite spots after exploring so much of Paris 🥰. The church’s biggest highlight? Fifteen 15-meter-tall stained-glass windows, depicting 1,113 scenes from the Bible 📕🃏. When I went in the morning, sunlight filtered through the glass, casting colorful patterns everywhere ⭐—it felt like stepping into a fairy-tale glass castle 🏰. 🫶 The central rose window, dominated by purple hues, is both sacred and mysterious 💎. 👉 Right next to the church is the Conciergerie (Paris’ old prison)—you can visit both with a combined ticket if you’re interested. It’s also super close to Notre-Dame, so you can swing by there afterward too! 1️⃣ Ticket booking 🎫 Book on the official website: Sainte-Chapelle.fr, at least a week in advance. Tickets are €13 per person (you can also enter with the Paris Museum Pass). 2️⃣ Opening hours ⏰ Summer: 9:00-19:00; Winter: 9:00-17:00. 3️⃣ Getting there 🚥 🚄 Metro Line 4 to Cité Station, then a few minutes’ walk / Metro Lines 1 or 7 to Châtelet Station, then walk. 4️⃣ Visit tips 📄 9-10 AM is the best time—morning light makes the stained glass glow brightest 💜, and the light effects are incredible. Explore the second floor first to admire the glass, then head downstairs to check out the architectural details. 5️⃣ Photography tips 📸 Use a wide-angle lens to shoot up at the vaults—standing in the center gives the best view. Morning light is chef’s kiss—sunlight through the purple glass creates rich, layered colors, making photos so romantic. 🥺 I really recommend Sainte-Chapelle to anyone visiting Paris! It’s pure magic of light and shadow ✨. #StainedGlassWindows #ParisTravel #SainteChapelle #ClassicalArchitecture #Can’tImagineHowGorgeousPhotosHereWouldBe #FairyTaleCastleVibes #ParisAttractions #FranceTravel #ParisTravelGuide #BeautifulMomentsInTravel
