In Vancouver! In my opinion, this place is simply unbeatable… 😋✨
👇 Here are the dishes I ordered, all their signature items. Below is my honest review: Cho Muang: Thai-style chicken dumplings, with a sticky and chewy outer layer. They’re as beautiful as they are delicious, quite unique! 🥟💜 Thai Style Grilled Chicken: A sweet and savory sauce with a smoky, char-grilled aroma. The skin is delicious, but some parts of the chicken were a bit dry. 🍗🔥 Pad Thai: Packed with wok hei (that smoky, seared flavor). Each noodle was fully coated in sauce with just the right balance of sweet and salty. The noodles had a great texture but were a bit firmer than I prefer. Honestly, I’ve had better at smaller places. 🍝👌 Roasted Duck Curry: Roast duck in a coconut milk curry with a spicy kick. It had pineapple, tomatoes, bamboo shoots, etc., but it got heavy and cloying quickly. Not my favorite. 🦆🥥🍛 Mango Sticky Rice: Highly recommend! The mango was juicy, sweet, and fresh, with big chunks. The sticky rice had just the right sweetness and texture, topped with a salty-sweet coconut cream and crispy rice bits. A perfect palate cleanser! 🥭🍚💖 ✨ The prices are super reasonable, so you can indulge without breaking the bank and try a variety of dishes. The flavors are pretty average though, so it’s not a must-visit. The day I went, the restaurant had a strong unpleasant odor. I’m not sure if it’s always like that or just that day. 🤷♀️ #VancouverFoodies #VancouverEats #ExploreVancouver #RestaurantReview #HiddenGems #VancouverRestaurantRecommendations #LifeInVancouver #Canada ### Name: Sawasdee Thai Restaurant Address: 4250 Main St Type: Restaurant ###
