In Waterloo | A Must-Visit Authentic Indian Restaurant 🇮🇳

This restaurant has truly changed my perception of Indian curry! I highly recommend all friends in Waterloo to give it a try. I’ve always thought Indian curry would have an overpowering flavor, but this place really took me by surprise. 😲 When it comes to dishes, I’d recommend their Masala. There are plenty of varieties, and you can choose your favorite meat—🐔 chicken, 🐟 fish, 🦐 shrimp, or 🐮 beef. Here’s the key: Masala is always served with either rice or naan. My strong suggestion is to go for Garlic Naan—it’s incredibly aromatic! 👃 🍽️ The dishes we had were Garlic Naan, Chicken Masala, and Amritsari Fish. This was my third time visiting. As friends studying in Waterloo know, there aren’t too many delicious spots here, and Chinese restaurants are quite limited. That’s why I love trying cuisines from other countries and sharing them with you all. After all, food is essential to life! With so much pressure from studies and work, trying something different is actually a great way to relax. 😌 📍 Empress of India - 34 King Street South, Waterloo, N2J 1N9 #WaterlooLife #MyStudyAbroadDiary #TorontoFood #UniversityOfWaterloo #TorontoFoodExploration
