Is New York’s “Babylon in the Sky” Little Island Worth a Visit? (1)🌉

I finally visited the long-awaited “floating island,” Little Island, and it instantly became one of my top must-visit spots in New York! 🌟 🌳This small yet spectacular wonderland is the work of the genius architect Thomas Heatherwick, who also designed Shanghai’s new landmark “One Thousand Trees” and New York’s “big pinecone” Vessel. The architectural styles of these structures are quite similar, making the island well worth a dedicated trip. Plus, there are plenty of great places to eat, drink, and have fun nearby. 🍃 ⌚️The island is open from 6 am to 12 pm. After noon, you need to book your entry in advance on the official website. If you want to avoid the crowds and take beautiful photos, consider going early in the morning. If you want to catch the sunset, book a slot in the evening. 🕰️ 👀The most interesting part is the three viewing platforms. Walking up the winding paths offers different views. From the southwest platform, you can even see the Statue of Liberty in the distance. 🌅 🍺In the Playground, there are three food trucks selling American fast food. You can also bring your own food and drinks and enjoy them here. 🍔 #NYC #NewYorkLife #LittleIsland 🌉
