It's actually New York's first fine dining restaurant! (1)🌟
One bite and I couldn't stop! It was so delicious that I literally cleaned my plate! 🍽️ Restaurant📍Delmonico’s I’ve been working in Tribeca for five years and have walked past this restaurant countless times, even taking street snaps right in front of it. Recently, I discovered that Delmonico’s is New York’s first fine dining restaurant, famous for its Steak and Duck Egg Benedict. So, I booked a table early for 520 to try it out! 🌹 1️⃣ Pre-dinner Bread - The sourdough bread had olives in it, and the accompanying butter was topped with Hawaiian black salt. It was pretty good. 🥪 2️⃣ Caramelized Bacon - The thick-cut caramelized bacon was incredibly fragrant! The Sichuan peppercorns gave it a unique flavor, almost like a Sichuan sausage. If you don’t like it too greasy, you can eat it with bread. The sweetness turns it into a delicious pork floss bun. 🍖 3️⃣ Crab Cake - The crab meat was shredded, and the outer shell was made of crispy potato shreds. The presentation was super cute, and I even scraped up the green sauce to dip my bread in. 🦀 4️⃣ Main Course - We shared an 18oz Signature Delmonico Ribeye, cooked to medium. The meat was very tender, with a pan-seared surface that had a nice char. The edges had some sinew, which added to the texture. I felt it was a bit more refined than what you’d get at Peter Luger. I’d love to try other cuts next time. 🍖 #NewYork 🗽🌟
