Italian Food in NYC: Huge Portions of Seafood Pasta 🍝

🌟Recently, I was craving Italian food and spent a long time searching on Google. Most Italian restaurants had ratings around 4.4/4.5, but this one stood out with over 6,000 reviews and still maintained a high score of 4.6. I immediately decided to give it a try. 🌟Grilled Octopus Seasoned with lots of coriander seeds, the octopus was grilled to perfection—tender yet crispy at the tail. The potatoes on the side were a bit bland on their own but tasted better when paired with the octopus. 🌟Black Linguine with Seafood I absolutely love this type of rich, saucy pasta. The tomato sauce was fragrant with herbs (probably basil or thyme) and loaded with olive oil, coating both the seafood and the pasta in a rich, flavorful sauce. After finishing the pasta, I used bread to wipe up the remaining sauce—it was perfection! If you have a smaller appetite, this dish is enough for two people. 🌟Spaghetti with Meatball This was just okay. The meatballs were so large they reminded me of Chinese lion’s head meatballs. The tomato sauce had a vodka sauce vibe, and my cheese-averse dining partner regretted ordering it. 🌟Tiramisu The thick layer of mascarpone cream sat atop coffee-soaked ladyfingers, followed by another layer of cream. What surprised me was the final layer—rum-soaked cake! The layers were rich and complex, with a strong alcohol flavor that I loved. The total came to about $45 per person, including tax but not tip. The restaurant is quite spacious, and if you come after 1 PM on weekends, you can usually walk in without a reservation. #NYC #NYCRestaurants #NYCFood #NYCFoodExploration #NYCItalianRestaurants #ItalianRestaurants
