Italian Michelin Two-Star Restaurant: Torre del Saracino 🌟🌟

🌟Located in the town of Vico Equense near Naples, Italy. 🌟The menu is extensive, leaving you very satisfied, especially with the three main courses and five desserts that are truly impressive. 🌟First, you enjoy a variety of welcome appetizers in the lobby. The most distinctive is the bell pepper ice cream with fish soup, which tastes surprisingly good. In addition, there are buffalo milk cheese, Parmesan ham and cheese balls, and more. The warm cheese balls have a unique texture, with a slight almond flavor, sweet and mild. 🌟After being seated, you are presented with a plethora of main dishes. The first appetizer is Sardinian oysters with honeydew melon juice, kumquat, and arugula pesto. The oysters with a hint of honeydew melon are a first-time experience, sweet and delicious. The second is anchovies with cactus fruit and citrus sauce. Truly delicious, these are the best anchovies I've ever had, fresh, tender, and savory. The soup is a squid and white bean broth with fried potato bread, fragrant and flavorful with a hint of squid aroma. Following that is cod with squid, celery sauce, lemon sauce, and olive oil, with a light and subtle taste. 🌟Next come the three standout main courses. First is a risotto with basil, silver mullet, and plum sauce, which is incredibly fragrant. The basil's aroma is infused into the rice, the tangy plum sauce cuts through the richness, and the fish pairs perfectly, making it an exceptional dish! Then there's the seafood-rich pasta, which is fresh but slightly salty. After that, the squid pasta has a good texture, also on the saltier side. The main course follows with another cod, prepared with a fish head broth, the sauce is good, but still quite salty. 🌟The desserts here are both numerous and generous in size. There's a unique cod liver sauce crepe, followed by a pre-dessert of lemon-mint molecular ice cream dotted with buffalo milk, sweet and sour. Then come three large desserts with different flavors: chocolate, sweet and sour, and fruity.
