Italian pizza restaurant in New York--Nick's Pizza

—————— 🔆Restaurant Name: Nick's Pizza Compared to my favorite Razza in Jersey, Nick's pizza crust is slightly thicker, but the edges are still crispy and the aroma of the flour is very rich. You can customize your own toppings here, and we chose two combinations: Red sauce pizza with Italian cured sausage 🍕 The pizza is very moist and juicy, and there's a generous amount of sausage. White sauce cheese and mushroom pizza 🍕 A blend of five types of cheese creates an incredibly rich, creamy flavor. The aroma of ricotta cheese really stands out! However, it's recommended to switch it up—white sauce with cured sausage and red sauce with mushrooms—otherwise, one will be too salty and the other too bland, hahaha. Cannoli - Italian cream-filled pastry 🧀 These were a gift again! I don't know what's going on lately, but restaurant owners keep giving me free food (maybe they're in a good mood now that the restaurants are back in business). The middle of the cannoli has a rich egg aroma, reminiscent of Macau egg rolls, with ricotta cheese on both sides and sprinkled with pistachio crumbs. It's a dessert that you know is high in calories but can't stop eating. Junior's cheesecake - New York-style cheesecake 🍰 This cheesecake is from the famous Junior's restaurant, but it might have been in the fridge for too long, absorbing some fridge odors, which affected the taste. Tartufo - Italian ice cream 🍨 Chocolate shell with chocolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream, and cranberry filling. The sweetness is just right, and the portion is quite large, so it's recommended to share. —————— 🔆Nick’s pizza 📍108-26 Ascan Ave, Forest Hills, NY 11375 #Nick’s pizza#food diary#New York
