Italian-Style Coffee Is Absolutely Amazing! πβ
Yesterday afternoon, I caught up with a friend who took me to a treasure of a coffee spot in Willow Glen β T square Coffee & Tea. She said their coffee is next-level, and since the owner ran cafΓ©s back in China, the quality control and skill are seriously impressive β way better than chain shops. I donβt usually drink coffee (mostly scared of bitterness or acidity π ), but the owner told me trying his brew would change my mind. Always up for something new, I went for it and ordered a coffee for the first time in ages β. First off, his latte art was flawless π¨. He didnβt explain much β just let me experience it. The first sip had a subtle bitterness, followed by a gentle sweetness in the aftertaste. The milk foam blended perfectly with the espresso, creating an incredibly smooth and silky texture. Now I get why Italians look down on American coffee β it really is on another level π. I had to ask what kind of sugar he used, because it tasted so different from what Iβm used to. Turns out β no sugar at all! Itβs all about perfectly steamed milk and high-quality beans. Their beans actually cost more than Starbucks retail price and carry a lovely woody aroma πΏ. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area! Itβs rare to find someone so passionate about perfecting their craft in a small, community-focused space. The owner said he just wants to serve the neighborhood well and keep improving his coffee bit by bit β and thatβs more than enough for him β€οΈ. Parking is easy out front π. The shop is cozy, and their Thai Coconut Mango Latte is also delicious β highly recommended for non-coffee drinkers! π Address: 1102 Bird Ave. #20, San Jose, CA 95125 #BayAreaLife #BayAreaCoffee #BayAreaCafes #SouthBayEats #BayAreaFoodie #SanJoseEats #HiddenGem #CoffeeLovers ββ¨
