Since moving to Australia, I’ve fallen deeply in love with Japanese food 🏮 🐂 Beef Tartare Served with crackers so crisp they’re like biscuits—a true blessing for raw food lovers. My friend joked, “You really do love eating raw stuff!” Who understands?! 🦞🍝 Lobster Pasta Did not disappoint! Mildly spicy, but—as a Cantonese—I was precisely hit by the heat 😅 Still couldn’t resist that creamy, spicy lobster pasta though. 🕊️ Japanese Yakitori Surprisingly sweet—decent but nothing outstanding.
