Izu( ၴႅၴ˖°🪻 Hikawa Park Hydrangea Photography Guide
🌿🌟Yukatas and hydrangeas are a match made in heaven. 🌸 Every June, Hikawa Park in Izu is in full bloom with hydrangeas. The park is planted with approximately 150,000 hydrangea bushes of over 3,000 varieties. 🌿🌟The entire area is covered in flowers, with beautiful scenes at every step. It feels like you've stepped into a fairy tale! 🌈 🕰 Best Time to Visit: From early to late June, with mid - June being the peak. I visited on June 17th, and about 90% of the flowers were in bloom. It was incredibly breathtaking! 🌸 🚃 Transportation Tips: I drove from Tokyo this time. If you prefer public transportation from Tokyo: 🌿🌟 Take the JR train → Atami → Izu - Katta Station → Walk or take a 10 - minute bus ride to the park. It's advisable to check the schedules in advance, as weekends tend to be crowded. 🚇 🎒 Small Tips: The park has slopes, so wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring an umbrella or hat for photos, as the sunlight can be strong. 🌿🌟 Visit in the morning for fewer crowds and better lighting, and to avoid the afternoon heat. #HydrangeaPhotography #JapaneseHydrangeas 🌿🌟
