Izu Shirahama Shrine(2)

🌿🌊• Right behind the shrine is the ocean, and the most famous spot is the seaside torii gate standing on the rocks—it looks straight out of an anime! 🌊✨ • If you go early, there are hardly any people around. The air is fresh, the wind is cool, and with the sound of the waves, it's truly relaxing for both body and mind. 🌅 • There's also a temizuya (hand-washing pavilion) and a fortune-drawing area, which add a lot of ceremonial feeling. If you love Japanese culture, don't miss this! 🌿 📸 Photography Tips: • I recommend going before 8 or 9 a.m. There are almost no tourists, and the lighting is perfect. (There's a bus stop right at the entrance, but the early buses might not be frequent. Renting a car is really the way to go in Izu.) 🚌 🧘‍♀️ Quick Summary: Though the shrine isn't very large, the environment is just amazing. With the combination of the sea view and traditional architecture, it's one of my favorite spots from my Izu trip! 🌟 🌿🌊Recommended for: Those who want to avoid crowds, enjoy taking photos, and quietly experience the blend of nature and culture. ✨ #IzuTravel #ShirahamaShrine 🌇
