Janu Tokyo π¨ | Real-Stay Experience(2)
Given that it's brand new, I feel there's still plenty of room for improvement in the soft services. π’π While it's true that city hotels can't offer the same level of service as a resort, I did notice a few areas that could use some attention. For example, the housekeeping service felt a bit slow, and the turn-down service missed a few items. πAt the front desk, I encountered issues when checking out with a domestic cardβneither single-currency nor dual-currency cards worked, and I ended up having to pay in cash or use my Australian credit card (maybe it was a special situation). Also, the 5th-floor lobby area, which has an afternoon tea bar with a direct view of Tokyo Tower, tends to attract a lot of non-guests, which can be a bit disruptive. I hope these issues will be addressed soon. π π’π Summary: If it fits within your budget, it's definitely worth staying here for the experience. πOverall, it's quite good, and you get to experience the first Janu city hotel under the Aman brand. However, if you're considering it as a splurge, you might find that the service standards don't quite match those of a traditional Aman, especially in terms of soft services. π π’πThere are quite a few booking promotions going on right now, so it might be a good time to snag a deal! βπΎ #Tokyo #TokyoHotels #HotelRecommendation π
